AudienceSpark is none of those. We are not a software product you log into, not a generic IT outsourcing vendor, and not a web-design-only studio.

No. AudienceSpark does not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volumes, sales figures, follower counts, viral reach or return on investment. Marketing performance depends on competition, budget, creative quality, landing-page experience, platform policy changes and how quickly your sales team follows up on inbound leads.

What we do guarantee is professional delivery: structured account architecture, documented test plans, weekly optimisation cadence on active campaigns, honest reporting and recommendations grounded in your data. We set benchmark targets collaboratively at kickoff and report against them transparently — including when results underperform and what we propose to change.

Every Google Ads engagement begins with account audit, conversion tracking validation and keyword or audience mapping aligned to your funnel stage. We structure campaigns by intent — branded, non-branded search, Performance Max, Display remarketing and YouTube where appropriate — with negative keyword governance and budget pacing rules.

AudienceSpark Pte. Ltd. complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). We collect personal data only for stated purposes — responding to enquiries, delivering contracted services, billing and lawful marketing where consent exists. Data is stored on secure infrastructure with access limited to authorised team members. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Pricing depends on scope, channel count and whether you engage via a fixed programme or ongoing retainer. Our six structured programmes (AS-101 through AS-601) are listed on the Programmes page with indicative S$ fees for workshops, accelerators and labs. Campaign management is typically quoted as a monthly agency fee plus your direct media spend paid to Google, Meta or other platforms.

We provide written proposals after discovery — no hidden setup charges. Retainer tiers are scaled by number of active channels, creative volume and reporting frequency. GST applies to Singapore clients where relevant. We are transparent that media spend is separate from agency fees and always belongs to your ad accounts.

Our AS-601 Integrated Growth Retainer is designed for brands that want a single agency partner across multiple lanes. A typical retainer bundles paid media management (Google and/or Meta), monthly SEO or content deliverables, conversion optimisation sprints, creative production credits and a quarterly strategy review with your leadership team.

Retainer clients receive a named account lead, shared Slack or email channel, fortnightly status calls and priority access during campaign launches. Scope is documented in a statement of work with clear deliverable counts — for example, number of ad variants, landing-page tests or blog articles per month — so expectations stay aligned as your business scales.

Yes. Meta Ads is a core capability alongside Google Ads. We build full-funnel structures — prospecting, retargeting, catalogue sales for e-commerce and lead-generation campaigns with instant forms or website conversions. Creative is developed in partnership with our in-house strategists; static, carousel and short-form video assets are produced to platform specifications.

We monitor Meta policy updates, Advantage+ campaign settings and attribution changes closely. For Singapore brands targeting local and regional audiences, we apply geo-targeting, language variants and cultural nuance in ad messaging. All campaigns run in your Business Manager — you retain ownership of pixels, audiences and historical data.

Campaign emergencies — such as ad disapprovals or tracking outages during a live promotion — are prioritised same-day for retainer accounts. We do not provide 24/7 coverage; for after-hours platform issues, Google's and Meta's own support channels remain available to account owners.
